  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped Can be swapped for spinach or arugula.
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Adds freshness to the salad.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For topping, adjust based on preference.
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing Use your favorite brand, can adjust for lighter version.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season as preferred.
  • Croutons for topping (optional) Keep separate until serving for crunch.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, chopped romaine, and cherry tomatoes.
  • Add the Caesar dressing and toss until the salad is evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Top with croutons if desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let flavors meld.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2–3 days. Toss before serving to redistribute dressing. For lighter version, use half the dressing or low-fat Caesar.
