  • 2 large eggs (beaten) These are used for coating.

Preparation

  • Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin.
  • Place one sausage and a piece of cheese at the edge of the bread, then roll tightly. Seal the edges by pressing gently.

Coating

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides (about 2–3 minutes per side).
  • Drain on paper towels.
