  • 4 pieces Sausages Your favorite type of sausage
  • 2 medium Apples A mix of sweet and tart apples recommended
  • 2 medium Red onions

For the Glaze

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the apples and red onions.
  • In a tray, toss the sausages with apples, red onions, olive oil, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the apples and onions are caramelized.
  • Toss everything in the glaze before serving.

Notes
