Preparation

  • Slice the ciabatta or baguette in half.
  • Layer fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, and basil leaves on one half of the bread.
  • Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the layers.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Close the sandwich with the other half of the bread.
  • Serve fresh and enjoy!

Notes
