  • Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.
  • Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden.
