Ingredients
  

Steak and Marinade

  • 2 pieces boneless ribeye steaks
  • 4 cloves black garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix the minced black garlic, olive oil, rosemary, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  • Rub the marinade all over the steaks and let them sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

Cooking

  • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  • Remove the steaks from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Slice the rested steak thin across the grain to keep it tender. Serve with mashed potatoes, vegetables, or on a salad.
