Chicken Wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings

Spices and Oil

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Sauce

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce or BBQ sauce for coating

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and toss with buffalo sauce or BBQ sauce.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Pat wings dry for extra crispiness. Use a wire rack on the baking sheet to let air circulate. Toss with sauce just before serving to keep the skin crisp. Adjust cayenne to make wings mild or very spicy.
