  • 8 large large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch chili flakes (optional for spice)

Wrapping and Topping

  • 8 slices of bacon Use thick-cut for best results.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese You can substitute with other cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a small bowl, mix shrimp, bell peppers, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Lay a slice of bacon flat, place the shrimp mixture on top, sprinkle with cheese, then roll it up tightly.
  • Place the rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined tray.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle with chili flakes or herbs for garnish.

Notes

Serve hot from the oven with dipping sauces like ranch or spicy aioli. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at a low temperature.
