  • 2 pieces eggs Use large eggs for best results.
  • to taste Chilli flakes Adjust according to heat preference.

  • 1 teaspoon Butter or oil for frying Use your preferred fat for frying.

Cooking

  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil.
  • Add the bacon to the pan and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, crack the eggs and cook to your desired doneness.
  • Sprinkle with chilli flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve the eggs with the crispy bacon on the side.

Notes

For a fuller plate, serve with crispy sides like tater tots or greens. Cool leftovers quickly and store in an airtight container. Eat within 1-2 days for best texture and flavor. Reheat gently to avoid overcooking the eggs.
