  • 4 slices Bacon Crispy and flavorful
  • 2 large Eggs Preferably free-range or organic
  • 2 tablespoons Lurpak butter For spreading on the bread
  • 2 slices Tiger bread Toasted for texture

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  • In the same pan, crack in the eggs and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  • While the bacon and eggs are cooking, toast the tiger bread and spread Lurpak butter on top.
  • Assemble by placing the crispy bacon and runny eggs on the buttered tiger bread.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Use medium heat for the bacon to avoid burning. Cook eggs in the bacon fat for more flavor. Toast the tiger bread just before serving so it stays crunchy. Store leftover cooked bacon and eggs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
