Cooking Instructions

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve over cooked pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Cool before storing in an airtight container; refrigerate for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on low heat; add a splash of cream or milk if the sauce feels too thick. Consider adding red pepper flakes for heat or tossing in spinach or cherry tomatoes for added color and nutrition.
