Cooking

  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

To store any leftovers, place the chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave until warmed thoroughly.
